Do I need to change my spreadsheet structure?
No. Tabla analyzes your existing spreadsheet and learns its structure. Whether you have one sheet or twenty, custom column names or formulas—it works with what you have. We recommend having clear column headers, but that's about it.
Is my data secure?
Your data stays in your Google account—we never store it. Tabla only requests read/write access to the specific spreadsheets you authorize. All communication is encrypted. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.
What if I don't use Telegram?
Telegram is free, works on any phone or computer, and takes 2 minutes to set up. We chose it because it's fast, reliable, and doesn't require building a separate app. WhatsApp integration is on our roadmap for 2025.
Can multiple people use the same account?
Currently, each subscription is linked to one Telegram account. For small teams or family businesses, we're working on multi-user access. Contact us if you need this now—we can work something out.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancel anytime with one click. Your spreadsheet is yours and unchanged—nothing is lost. You simply won't be able to query it through Telegram anymore. If you come back, just resubscribe and pick up where you left off.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If Tabla doesn't work for your use case within the first 7 days, email us and we'll refund you in full—no questions asked. We'd rather have happy customers than unhappy money.
